Job Title: Chef De Partie

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement innovative menu ideas that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of menu items, ensuring that they are presented to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with our Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive a prompt and efficient service.
  • Contribute to the development of our team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest food trends and best practices, ensuring that our menu offerings are always fresh and exciting.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within a contract catering company or educational institution.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certifications from a recognized culinary institute.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
