About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Universal Business Team. As an After Sales Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of after sales service are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and informational requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log and arrange engineer work with customer sites, including site-specific documentation.
  • Produce quotations and follow up on outstanding quotations.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, maintenance agreements, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Copy and produce documentation as required.
  • Perform general office duties to support the team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.).
Working Hours and Benefits

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum.
