Customer Service Coordinator German

Our client, a multinational company based in Wigan, is seeking a fluent English/German speaker to join their Customer Service Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all aspects of the business
  • Assist with customer order fulfillment, including taking orders, providing information, and determining delivery dates
  • Liaise with company departments to improve processing and delivery times
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and resolve conflicts with customers
  • Oversee customer projects from initial receipt of order to final delivery
  • Ensure daily workload is completed, with occasional additional hours required
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Confident in addressing difficult situations using the telephone
  • Ability to make decisions within the scope of the role
  • Quick thinking and adaptability in different situations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and databases

Previous commercial/office experience, particularly in B2B environments, is essential. We can only consider applicants with a full UK work permit.
