We are thrilled to present an opportunity to become a vital member of our dedicated team as we enhance the management of the Patient Equipment Service for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a strong proficiency in administrative tasks, complemented by outstanding IT capabilities. You will engage effectively with patients, families, clinical staff, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
Role Responsibilities
The primary focus of this position is to assist the Patient Equipment Service Team in the coordination and provision of bed services across various healthcare settings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls from patients and clinical personnel regarding bed allocations in community settings.
- Facilitating the collection of equipment and performing general administrative duties, including invoice processing and other tasks as assigned by Clinical Assessors.
While the main workplace will be designated, flexibility to work at other locations may be required as needed.
