About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Children's Therapies Team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Children's Therapies Team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Trust standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the integrated administrative team to provide comprehensive administrative support across the Cluster.
