Job Title: Engineering Customer Manager AV/VC

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Global Communications company as their Engineering Customer Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering scheduling, including AV diary management and planning.
  • Provide assistance to engineers while on-site.
  • Book engineer travel and assign engineers to projects/service calls.
  • Ensure all qualifications are up-to-date and book engineers on courses to expand their knowledge.
  • Find engineering resources for jobs/projects and approve engineering overtime.
  • Approve engineering expenses, including fuel car expenses.
  • Manage RAMS and book/respond to service call-outs.
  • Send service job reports to customers and serve as an escalation point for customer inquiries.
  • Handle RMAs and validate/approve contractor timesheets.
  • Manage and respond to all support emails and requests.
  • Assign engineers to service calls and arrange install dates/scheduling with customers.
  • Obtain SOW from surveying engineers and ensure all necessary kit/equipment is available for projects.
  • Organize delivery of equipment logistics and update stock sheets.
About the Role:

This role is based in Surrey and offers a competitive salary of 50k p.a. plus pension and benefits.

Requirements:
  • Audio Visual and Video Conferencing engineering experience.
  • Management experience in this market, ideally with international experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A focus on best practice and awesome customer service.
