Position Overview: The AV VC Support Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing our service and support offerings at Creative Personnel. We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist our clients and field service engineers effectively.
Role Requirements: Candidates should currently be working as an AV VC Service Engineer or an On-Site AV VC Support Technician, seeking a transition to a more office-oriented role. Previous experience in desktop support engineering is highly desirable.
Technical Expertise: A solid background in troubleshooting integrated AV and VC solutions is essential. Familiarity with IT networks will be a significant advantage.
Communication Skills: The role demands an excellent telephone manner, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely. If remote resolution is not feasible, the candidate must efficiently escalate tickets to the field service team.
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a composed individual with strong diagnostic skills, capable of determining when issues require escalation.
