Job Summary

Publicis Re:Sources Global is seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist - AV/IT to join our team. As a key member of our Global Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving technical pitch excellence across all pitches led by our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical pitch preparation and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of AV/IT systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and set up AV-VC equipment for client presentations.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of AV/IT systems, protocols, and tools to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Provide expert technical support for onsite and offsite client meetings, including installation and setup of AV/VC systems and software.
  • Travel to client sites for technical checks and to provide on-site support during meetings.
  • Work with external vendors to find new tech solutions for meetings and events.
  • Manage and maintain technical documentation, ensuring it remains up-to-date and relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AV/IT systems and technical support.
  • Extensive knowledge of AV/VC systems, protocols, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel within Europe.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, or communications).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, or Polycom).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AV/IT systems and technical support.
