Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Sales team as a Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience and ensuring their needs are met.
- Process customer orders, manage finance applications, and maintain accurate records.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- A competitive hourly rate of £9.74-£11.44, with a realistic OTE of £30K pro rata per year.
- A guaranteed commission of £400 pro rata per month in your first three months.
