Job Title: Sales Team Manager

At Biffa Waste Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Manager to lead our Telesales Team and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage customer escalations and complex sales negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies and processes.
  • Provide coaching and training to Sales Executives to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and people skills with excellent coaching ability.
  • Track record of delivering targets and working towards KPIs.
  • Knowledge of central systems and CRM operating packages.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
