Telesales Team Leader Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our team at Biffa Waste Services. As a Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales executives to achieve high levels of customer service standards and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve departmental key objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage and prioritize team issues in line with business needs.
  • Assist and coach sales executives to maximize customer conversion rates and ensure a consultative sales experience.
  • Communicate directly with customers to deliver comprehensive waste solutions.
  • Manage escalations for the team and ensure they are dealt with quickly and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and people skills with an excellent coaching ability.
  • Track record of delivering targets and working towards KPIs.
  • Knowledge of central systems and CRM operating packages.
  • Knowledge of people management processes.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
