Retail Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience and ensuring their needs are met.
- Process customer orders and finance applications accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of ScS products and services, providing expert advice to customers.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
- A competitive hourly rate of £9.74-£11.44, with a realistic OTE of £30K pro rata per year.
- A guaranteed commission of £400 pro rata per month in the first three months.
