Procurement Opportunity

Fully remote – Adhoc travel to Bedfordshire

£40,000 + benefits

Talent Drive is pleased to be assisting in the search for a skilled procurement professional to join a growing private medical brand. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for delivering sourcing projects and targets in conjunction with business stakeholders, while supporting the transformation and development of the procurement function and its credibility within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the annual category work plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Initiate and deliver category projects and targets, supporting the delivery of wider team targets and operational KPI's.
  • Build credibility with key stakeholders, ensuring a visible presence in the business.
  • Ensure a robust procurement process for all contracted goods and services, identifying and meeting all regulatory and quality standards.
  • Negotiate robust contracts, including pricing and commercial terms, and develop SLA's and KPI's to support operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all Procurement policies and processes.
  • Support the development of global procurement initiatives and their local implementation.
  • Manage core/non-core suppliers to ensure performance and innovation are delivered during the contract term.

Requirements:

  • End to end Procurement process experience.
  • Medical & Surgical category experience would be preferred.
  • Able to work with senior business stakeholders to successfully deliver complex sourcing projects in a multi-site organisation.
