About the Role:

Talent Drive is seeking a skilled Medical Category Buyer to join our client's growing private medical brand. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for delivering sourcing projects and targets in conjunction with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement category work plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Initiate and deliver category projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Negotiate robust contracts with suppliers, including pricing and commercial terms.
  • Manage relationships with core and non-core suppliers to ensure performance and innovation.
  • Support the development of global procurement initiatives and their local implementation.

Requirements:

  • End-to-end procurement process experience.
  • Medical & Surgical category experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with senior business stakeholders to deliver complex sourcing projects.
