Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Beauty Counter Manager to join our team in a Luxury Flagship Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, using your product knowledge to inspire and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury brand, including its products, services, and values.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches, using this knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Manage customer feedback and use it to continually improve our service and sales standards.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working weekends, evenings, and special events.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Provide expert makeup applications and demonstrations to customers, using our luxury brand products.
- Assist customers with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases, providing a personalized and exceptional customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lead Makeup Artist in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent product knowledge and understanding of current beauty trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and special events.
- Comprehensive knowledge of our luxury brand, including its products, services, and values.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
