  • Provide accurate and timely data entry and record keeping
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • Administration and customer service experience is essential
  • Telephone based experience would be beneficial
  • Financial Services experience would be beneficial
