**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at TRP Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing large volume accounts across multiproduct womenswear. You will work closely with our design teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and organized order management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all orders in an organized and timely manner
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with clients
  • Action Buyers' requests regarding sampling
  • Ensure orders taken meet delivery dates
  • Liaise with production teams and factories abroad regarding first and final fit samples
  • Daily liaison with Design teams on product and development for customers
  • Negotiate on pricing and delivery with the production team
  • Good understanding of margins and working with merchandisers and buyers
  • Manage high-volume orders in an organized and timely manner

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience working with a supplier in a similar role
  • Knitwear experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience working with Bangladesh is highly advantageous
  • Dynamic, hands-on go-getter who can think on their feet
  • Able to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills & able to communicate with factories and clients
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workload
