About The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our Survey Division in the Southwest of England. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maximising profitable revenue across all income streams, supporting our specialist Exeter and Bristol survey depots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in partnership with Service Centres and Business Sales Teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with key employees and decision makers of clients to leverage relationships and deliver objectives against a specific account management plan.
  • Establish networks of relationships with key Sunbelt Rentals colleagues to support client relationships and provide a platform for growth.
  • Manage a balanced approach to managing revenue growth and price increases to deliver against defined business objectives.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service in partnership with the core Sunbelt Rentals business and all specialist Divisions.
  • Lead Tenders or Retenders with support from the Commercial Team and the wider Sunbelt Rentals business to maximise opportunities for success.
Requirements
  • Experience of developing effective customer relationships, generating real business growth, and winning and developing new business.
  • Track record in developing and implementing SLAs and delivering optimum customer service in line with SLAs.
  • Track record in delivering clear and measurable improvements across account portfolios.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, superior networking skills.
  • Innovative approach with the ability to move quickly to exploit business opportunities.
