Regional Account Executive - Sports & Fitness

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in the South West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region, ensuring Red Bull is top of mind and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional strategy to grow distribution in fitness outlets, aligning with the sports strategy set by the National Sales Manager.
  • Establish effective joint working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive availability and visibility of Red Bull.
  • Build a fitness database in your region, identifying opportunities to drive availability and win new accounts.
  • Implement regional activations with the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team to make Red Bull top of mind and drive sales.
  • Manage multiple operating groups and franchise groups in your region, dealing with key decision makers at a regional level.
Requirements:
  • Passion and experience in the fitness industry, understanding the type of venues you'll be working with and how they operate.
  • Track record in achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Travel 80-90%.
