We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Visitor to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in delivering child health programmes and working in partnership with children's centers, schools, GPs, social care organisations, and voluntary agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the health needs of individuals and involve clients/caregivers in the process of meeting those needs.
- Monitor the health of children under five years of age and promote optimum health and development.
- Be aware of deviations from the normal in health and behaviour and intervene to protect vulnerable children and adults.
- Registered Health Visitor Specialist Practice Qualification.
- Experience or equivalent working as a Health Visitor.
- Working in multi-professional and skill mix teams.
