Health Visitor Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Visitor to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in delivering child health programmes and working in partnership with families to promote optimum health and development.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the health needs of individuals and involve clients and carers in the process of meeting those needs.
- Monitor the health of children under five years of age and promote healthy development.
- Intervene to protect vulnerable children and adults by prompt action, referral, and working with other agencies as part of a specialist team.

Person Specification- Registered Health Visitor Specialist Practice Qualification
- Experience or equivalent working as a Health Visitor
- Working in multi-professional and skill mix teams
