Job Title: Bureau Payroll Manager

NLB Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Payroll Manager to join their team in Watford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK payroll processing, with experience of managing multiple locations and a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll process for approximately 2500 employees across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK tax, NIC, and pension auto-enrolment regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including finance and HR teams.
  • Develop and implement effective payroll processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to the payroll team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Payroll qualification preferred but not essential.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of UK payroll processing.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
