About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic reward professional to lead our pay and performance strategy at Allwyn UK. As the Head of Reward Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive reward strategy that aligns with our business objectives and promotes a culture of inclusivity and diversity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a total reward strategy that combines pay, benefits, and recognition to meet the diverse needs of our colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain a long-term transformational payroll strategy and process, working closely with the Payroll & Reward Manager and Director of People Operations.
  • Implement Allwyn's new grading structure across our practices and policies, ensuring alignment with the broader People strategy.
  • Provide expert advice to the Remuneration Committee and annual remuneration processes, ensuring fairness and equity in line with the reward strategy.
  • Oversee the production of gender and ethnicity pay gap, and other pay-related data, reporting in accordance with statutory and best practice requirements.
  • Input into the development of the wider and functional People strategies, ensuring alignment with the reward strategy.

Requirements

  • CIPD qualification at degree level.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire direct and wider People team members.
  • Extensive experience with Remuneration Committees, including preparation, partnering with advisors, and attendance at committees, with the ability to influence decision making.
  • Experience of communicating reward and performance management frameworks to colleagues and other key stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of benefits legislation and best-in-class Reward practices.
  • M&A integration and TUPE experience.
  • Proven experience of transforming reward and payroll practices, with demonstrable impact on a business from both a commercial and people perspective.
  • Demonstrable commitment to the promotion of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
