About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Lead to join our Integration Stream team for a large Guidewire ClaimCenter transformation program.

As a Business Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for requirement gathering for the Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration workstream and reporting. You will also work with customers to identify opportunities to support their strategy and improve their processes across functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define target Integration requirements, including high-level process flows, business rules, and documents.
  • Create an Integration Catalog and detail the ClaimCenter Integration requirements.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience with Guidewire and a proven track record of leading Integration streams in ClaimCenter implementations.

Key skills and knowledge include:

  • Extensive experience with Guidewire.
  • Experience in leading Integration streams in ClaimCenter implementations.
  • P&C Industry Certification.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in requirement management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of process modeling techniques and documentation and visualization skills (UML, Miro).
