About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Manager to play a vital role in the successful implementation of our UK Commercial Transformation Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a robust framework for transitional changes to drive business transformation
  • Leading all aspects of change, including organisation, people, process, and platform
  • Communicating changes to stakeholders and identifying training needs
  • Delivering changes through the framework to realise business benefits
  • Managing changes to agreed timelines and budget

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in business change, transformation, and strategy development.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in business change environments, with technical depth in change management, business transformation, and strategy development
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies, including change delivery approaches, change impact assessment, and cultural and behavioural change
  • Programme and project delivery experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and developing individuals
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at a senior level
