About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Manager to join our UK Transformation Programme, the largest business transformation programme at Allianz. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of the UK Commercial Transformation Programme from a business perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address training and communications needs to support the transformation programme.
  • Deliver changes through a structured framework to realise business benefits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business transformation and change management.
  • Lead teams and develop individuals to achieve programme and project delivery goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to influence and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in business change environments, with a strong track record of delivering complex and high-impact change programmes.
  • Technical depth in change management, business transformation, and strategy development and implementation.
  • Professionally qualified in Change Management, with a deep understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, with the ability to work at a senior level.
