The Business Change Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of the UK Commercial Transformation Programme from a business perspective.

  • Identifying training and communication needs to support the realization of business benefits.
  • Delivering changes through a structured framework to drive business transformation.
About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of change management methodologies, including change delivery approaches, change impact assessment, and cultural and behavioural change.

Extensive experience in business change environments, with technical depth in change management, business transformation, strategy development and implementation, and organizational design.

Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with stakeholders at a senior level, with the ability to lead teams and develop individuals.
