Business Transformation Specialist

About the Role

The Business Transformation Specialist will play a key role in shaping and implementing the target operating model for our Commercial business. This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK Transformation Programme and contribute to the delivery of a varied portfolio of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the scoping of change initiatives required for the Transformation Programme, working within the Business Analysis Framework
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation to elicit, define and manage business requirements, ensuring clear end-to-end traceability
  • Support the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders

About You

  • You'll be passionate about the BA role and have worked on several change projects, utilising Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • You'll have solid experience creating Epics and User Stories using Confluence and Jira
  • You'll have a good understanding of Use Cases, Value Streams and Personas
  • You can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN
  • You'll have a good understanding of Business Change support activities
  • You'll have great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • You'll have experience working in a Financial Services environment, particularly General Insurance is desirable, but not essential
  • You'll have an agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities
