About the Role

The purpose of this position is to support the Transformation Programme in articulating the need for change by defining requirements and recommending solutions that will maximise the value delivered by the business to its customers.

You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business and IT to contribute to the delivery of a varied portfolio of work while building effective relationships across all levels.

  • Support the scoping of change initiatives required for the Transformation Programme, working within the Business Analysis Framework.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels within the organization to elicit, define, and manage business requirements, ensuring clear end-to-end traceability.
  • Support the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders.

About You

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • You'll be passionate about the Business Analyst role and will have worked on several change projects, utilising Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Able to elicit comprehensive requirements and achieve consensus from stakeholders using a variety of analysis techniques.
  • Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN.
  • An agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities.
