Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our UK Transformation Programme as a Commercial Change Manager, helping to shape and implement the target operating model for our Commercial business.
The purpose of this role is to enable organisational change by using specialised business analysis and change management skills. You will support the Transformation Programme to articulate the need for change by defining requirements and recommending solutions that will maximise the value delivered by the business to its customers.
You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business and IT to contribute to the delivery of a varied portfolio of work while building effective relationships across all levels.
- Supporting the scoping of change initiatives required for the Transformation Programme, working within the Business Analysis Framework.
- Working with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation to elicit, define, and manage business requirements, ensuring clear end-to-end traceability.
- Supporting the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
You'll be passionate about the BA role and have worked on several change projects, utilising Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
You can apply recognised industry-standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN.
You'll have a good understanding of Business Change support activities.
Experience working in a Financial Services environment, particularly General Insurance, is desirable but not essential.
You'll have an agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities.
BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent (Desirable).
