About the Role

The Business Change Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of the UK Commercial Transformation Programme from a business perspective.

  • Identify and address training and communications needs.
  • Deliver changes through a structured framework to realize business benefits.
About You

We seek an experienced professional with a deep understanding of change management methodologies, including change delivery approaches, change impact assessment, and cultural and behavioural change.

  • Extensive experience in business change environments, with technical depth in change management, business transformation, strategy development, and organisational design.

Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with stakeholders at a senior level.
