Business Transformation Specialist

About the Role

The Business Transformation Specialist will play a key role in the UK Transformation Programme, helping to shape and implement the target operating model for our Commercial business. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly talented team and contribute to the delivery of a varied portfolio of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the scoping of change initiatives required for the Transformation Programme, working within the Business Analysis Framework
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation to elicit, define and manage business requirements, ensuring clear end-to-end traceability
  • Support the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders

About You

  • You'll be passionate about the Business Transformation Specialist role and have worked on several change projects, utilising Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • You'll have solid experience creating Epics and User Stories using Confluence and Jira
  • You'll have a good understanding of Use Cases, Value Streams and Personas
  • You can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN
  • You'll have a good understanding of Business Change support activities
  • You'll have great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • You'll have experience working in a Financial Services environment, particularly General Insurance is desirable, but not essential
  • You'll have an agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities
