About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ClaimCenter Business Analyst Lead to join our team in a large Guidewire transformation program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and working closely with customers to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Business Requirements: Develop high-level process flows, business rules, documents, and user interface changes to support overall business flows, screens, and rules.
  • Understand Customer Objectives: Work with customers to understand their business objectives and impacted areas for transformation.
  • Validate As-Is Processes: Understand and validate current processes, KPIs, and relevant metrics to define target state operating models, processes, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify Configuration Opportunities: Identify and agree areas of configuration in Guidewire OOTB.
  • Develop Product Rollout Strategy: Create a product rollout and data migration strategy.
  • Assist in Change Management: Assist in developing a change management strategy.
  • Prepare Business Case: Assist in preparing a business case.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficiency in requirement management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Agile Methodologies: Understand Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Process Modelling: Knowledge of process modelling techniques. Documentation and visualization skills (UML, Miro).
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Guidewire and a proven track record of leading requirements streams in a ClaimCenter implementation. You should have a strong customer-facing skillset and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Guidewire Expertise: Extensive experience with Guidewire.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in leading requirements streams in a ClaimCenter implementation.
  • P&C Industry Certification: P&C Industry Certification.
  • Customer-Facing Skills: Strong customer-facing skills.
