Join Our Team as a Business Analyst

Zentiva Poland is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and use cases.
  • Managing Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and external partners, facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders and project teams, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, issues, and outcomes.
  • Designing Solutions: Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, ensure solutions are aligned with business goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and support change management activities to ensure successful solution adoption, and identify and implement best practices for business analysis and project management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years working as a business analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in business or IT
  • Good analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
Advantages:
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud BI solutions (Azure, Data factory, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM & common business applications
  • Good understanding of data integration
  • Good understanding of reporting platforms (Power BI, Fabric)

The working schedule after the probation period is hybrid – up to 60% home office with minimum 40% presence in the office.
