About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Analyst to join our team at AQA Recruiting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and delivering software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive our software development process.

  • Support the creation of a Business Analysis Centre of Excellence, sharing your expertise and driving cross-skilling initiatives within the team.

  • Work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables align with our company's technology and information strategies.

  • Ensure that our software meets business needs by supporting UAT design, defining acceptance criteria, and coordinating user testing efforts.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex requirements and produce high-quality deliverables.

  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative development methodologies.
