Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an accomplished Business Analyst to facilitate data-driven change within our Commercial business. As a key member of our team, you will utilize specialized business analysis techniques and a disciplined approach to understand requirements, gather data, conduct in-depth analysis, and deliver change aligned with our data-led strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Understand the current and future business environment and systems landscape.
- Elicit, understand, and define requirements to actualize the objectives of the Allianz UK Data Strategy.
- Collaborate with Product teams to design and implement solutions that align with our data-led strategy.
- Assess and manage the impact of requirements on Data systems and processes.
- Support the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation of solutions.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions, and knowledge-sharing/peer reviews.
You will be an accomplished data-oriented Business Analyst with a passion for the Business Analyst role. We are looking for someone with previous experience in data-oriented business analysis roles, proficient in mainstream data tools, and familiar with Data Modelling, Warehousing & architecture concepts.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in data-oriented business analysis roles.
- Proficient in mainstream data tools and familiar with Data Modelling, Warehousing & architecture concepts.
- A solid understanding of Master & Reference Data, Data Quality, and Data Governance.
- Experience in delivery within an Agile framework.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of Scaled Agile.
- Experience of working within a regulated environment specifically Insurance / Financial Services.
- Experience of working in a Data BA role on large scale deliveries.
