Position Overview

We are seeking a Slickline Operator to become a vital member of our Well Intervention team.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Slickline Operator, you will collaborate with your team under supervision to prepare and operate Slickline equipment in offshore environments, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and in accordance with company protocols. This role offers various levels of Operator positions on both ad hoc and rotational schedules.

Key Duties

  • Execute operations alongside team members, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks while mitigating technical issues as per the Operating manual.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all equipment to confirm compliance with Expro's policies and standards, ensuring they are suitable for the tasks at hand.
  • Participate in tool box talks and planning sessions as necessary.
  • May assist at onshore facilities for equipment preparation and return.
  • Maintain professional communication with client representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with offshore Supervisors, team members, and the operations department to facilitate effective communication and safe task execution.
  • Complete all required documentation in line with company procedures and specific client needs.
  • Mentor and support team members to enhance their competency development.
  • Work with colleagues and Supervisors to achieve necessary competencies for current and future roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical expertise acquired through the completion of competency for the designated grade.
  • Formal technical qualifications.
  • Previous relevant technical experience is preferred.
