Position Overview

We are seeking a Slickline Operator to become a vital member of our Well Intervention team. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to prepare and operate Slickline equipment in offshore environments, adhering to safety protocols and company standards to provide high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute operational tasks with team members, ensuring safety and efficiency while preventing technical issues as per the Operating manual.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all equipment to ensure compliance with Expro's policies and technical specifications.
  • Participate in tool box talks and planning sessions as necessary.
  • Assist with equipment preparation and return at onshore facilities when required.
  • Maintain professional communication with client representatives to uphold service quality.
  • Collaborate with offshore Supervisors and team members to ensure effective communication and safe task execution.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development and competency progression.
  • Work alongside colleagues and Supervisors to achieve required competencies for current and future roles.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical expertise acquired through completion of relevant competency standards.
  • Formal technical qualifications in a related field.
  • Prior experience in a technical role within the industry is preferred.
