Job Title: Field Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our team at Paradigm Flow Services. As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our flow assurance solutions for the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and reports to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical problem-solving and operational support to manage requests for additional equipment, personnel, and resources.
  • Manage personnel and equipment hours, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with clients to define work scopes and allocate resources to projects in line with client requirements.
  • Ensure team members are familiar with work scopes, job packs, deliverables, equipment, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate shipping of additional or replacement equipment to work sites.
  • Complete and review Management of Change documentation as requested by clients or internally.
  • Participate in client meetings to maintain positive relationships and provide regular updates on current workload.
  • Engage in offshore visits to undertake surveys and participate in sales activities to promote products and services.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably requested by line managers.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in offshore and overseas work environments.
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ and HR policies and procedures.
  • Current BOSIET and MIST certificates.
  • Current offshore medical.
  • IOSH Managing Safely certificate.

Interpersonal/Key Skills:

  • Good project management skills.
  • Good day-to-day organizational skills.
  • Experienced supervisor of offshore and onshore operations.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Excellent communication skills, including making presentations and writing reports.
  • Commercially smart with a good understanding of accounts, budgeting, costing, and estimating.
