About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Springfield Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our care home, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
- Work closely with our care team to deliver person-centered care and support to our residents.
- Assist with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and dignity for our residents.
- Develop strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our care team, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
About You
We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
