About the Role

We are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Springfield Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for our residents. You will work closely with our care staff to deliver person-centered care and support, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and attention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to infection control guidelines.
  • Assist with laundry, cleaning, and other domestic duties.
  • Support care staff with daily tasks and activities.
  • Provide a warm and friendly environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

About You

We are looking for a kind and caring individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team. Previous care experience is not essential, as we offer full training and support.
