About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Springfield Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for our residents.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness in line with infection control guidelines
  • Work closely with the care team to deliver person-centred care and support to our residents
  • Act in a professional manner towards residents, visitors, and staff at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who is kind, caring, and passionate about people. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team. While care home experience is not essential, you will be willing to learn and develop your skills through our comprehensive training programme.
