About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Springfield Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to infection control guidelines and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Work closely with our care team to deliver person-centered care and support to our residents.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, visitors, and staff, providing a warm and friendly environment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

About You

We are looking for a kind and caring individual with a passion for people. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous care experience is not essential, as we offer comprehensive training and support.
