About the Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant at Springfield Healthcare, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for our residents. You will work closely with our care team to deliver high-quality person-centred care and ensure that our residents receive the best possible service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all areas of the care home are clean and tidy, adhering to infection control guidelines.
  • Assist with laundry, cleaning, and other domestic duties as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a warm and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Act as a professional and courteous representative of Springfield Healthcare at all times.

About You

We are looking for a kind and caring individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team. Previous experience in a care setting is not essential, as we provide full training for the right candidate.
