Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our supply chain function. As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning and operations of our UK business, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain operations and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the timely and efficient execution of supply chain operations, meeting business demands and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Significant experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity and drive continuous improvement.
