About the Role

Craft Gin Club is seeking a highly experienced and ambitious professional to lead and optimize our global supply chain strategy and operations. As the Head of Supply Chain and Fulfilment, you will be responsible for managing a team of four operational head office staff and overseeing global supply chain budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize global inbound logistics, including procurement, transportation, and warehousing.
  • Oversee the entire end-to-end supply chain, including dry goods and packaging procurement, distillation, bottling, and 3PL finished unit and order assembly and dispatch.
  • Lead and manage a team of operational staff to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage and reduce costs while maintaining high levels of service and quality.
  • Drive process improvements and implement new technologies to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience in B2C fulfilment and shipping, with a strong understanding of global logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly numerate, with a strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Technology savvy, with a strong understanding of supply chain management systems and technologies.
