About the Role

Craft Gin Club is seeking a highly experienced and ambitious professional to lead our global supply chain strategy and operations as the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics. This is a key role that will be responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to delivery, and ensuring that our products reach our customers on time, in full, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage a team of operational staff and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
  • Oversee procurement of dry goods and packaging, as well as global inbound logistics, distillation, and bottling.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, with a focus on reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Manage carrier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best rates and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply chain.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in leading global supply chain operations.
  • Experience in B2C fulfillment and shipping, with a focus on delivering high-quality products to customers on time and in full.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of operational staff.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly numerate, with a strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Experience with technology, including 3PL API interfaces and WMS systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
