Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

As an ICT Infrastructure Manager at OT Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and maintenance of all IT infrastructure services, both premise and cloud-hosted. This includes managing the deliverables of the IT Infrastructure team, evaluating services, and planning their improvement.

You will also be responsible for training and developing direct reports, maintaining comms rooms and services, and overseeing that all activities are in accordance with business processes. Additionally, you will manage costs associated with cloud solutions and ensure that all new and updated services are thoroughly tested.

Furthermore, you will be an active member of the Security board, planning and running team meetings and workshops, and ensuring that solutions and services are suitably documented and kept updated.

As a key member of the OT Group team, you will participate in and be an escalation point for out-of-hours support, ensuring that infrastructure cover is always available. You will also undertake all activities in line with Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications or Equivalent Experience:

We are looking for a professional with professional IT qualifications in IT infrastructure fields and significant IT work experience as an IT engineer/administrator. IT team leadership experience or suitable management training/certifications are also essential. Academic achievement to at least A-level standard is preferred, with a degree-level qualification being desirable.
