Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support the management team in achieving store objectives, including sales growth and customer engagement.
What We Offer
