Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kingston upon Thames. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a range of customer contacts, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly and effectively communicate with customers in English and French.
  • Active Listening: Attentively listen to customers and understand their needs and concerns.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve customer issues or complaints.
  • Empathy: Understand and relate to the customer's perspective.
  • Patience: Remain calm and composed during difficult customer interactions.
  • Adaptability: Handle a wide variety of customer interactions and adjust communication style as necessary.
  • Positive Attitude: Remain positive and upbeat even during challenging customer interactions.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with other agents and support teams.
